I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This document contains the general terms and conditions under which ET "Roza-1 Stoyan Georgiev", with headquarters and management address: Burgas, 32 Strandzha Street, UIC 102853674, tel. +359 899 941 646, e-mail: veriga_roza@abv.bg (hereinafter referred to as the MERCHANT), provides services to users of the online store shop.veriga-roza.com (hereinafter referred to as the CUSTOMER/CLIENT).
By clicking the "Registration" button, the CUSTOMER confirms that he is familiar with the terms and conditions, accepts them in full and undertakes to comply with them.
1.2. The website is an online store for the sale of confectionery products produced by the MERCHANT, and delivery of the products to the company's locations. Orders are accepted through the site and delivered by the MERCHANT's couriers. The minimum delivery time is 4 days after confirmed payment and the CUSTOMER must comply with this period.
1.3. The MERCHANT does not accept orders with a shorter period than the specified production time; in such cases, the order will not be possible.
1.4. The products on the site do not constitute a legally binding offer, but a demonstrative online catalog. Items that are not available for direct purchase can be requested by requesting through the site or contacting an operator.
1.5. After clicking "Add to cart", the CUSTOMER must confirm the purchase. The contract is considered concluded after successful payment and confirmation sent by e-mail or by phone.
1.6. The MERCHANT may refuse delivery of a confirmed order in the event of unavailability of the goods due to an accidental event. In case of unavailability, the MERCHANT shall notify the CUSTOMER within the working week of the specified contact. Upon payment, the CUSTOMER may choose: refund, cancellation of the order or replacement order.
The contractual language is Bulgarian, payments are made in BGN with/without VAT.
II. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1. The MERCHANT collects only the technologically necessary identification information and minimum delivery data. The MERCHANT is the administrator of personal data and guarantees confidentiality in accordance with applicable legislation. The data is used only for the purposes of the contract and is not provided to third parties, except by law or with the express consent of the CUSTOMER.
2.2. By accepting the terms, the CUSTOMER agrees to provide the necessary data (name, telephone, e-mail, address) for the execution of the order.
2.3. The MERCHANT does not store bank card data. Online payments are made through the BORICA payment module, which processes the transaction and returns the status to the site.
III. ORDER AND DELIVERY
3.1. The order is considered accepted after successful payment and confirmation of the specified contacts.

3.2. Delivery is made with a specialized refrigerated vehicle and is accompanied by a document of origin.
3.3. Upon receipt, the CUSTOMER (or an authorized person) should inspect the goods. In case of visible damage, the MERCHANT shall be notified immediately. In case of damage caused during transport by the TRADER, the same is responsible for replacement; in case of courier – according to the terms of the courier. Deliveries are made after 11:00 AM.
If it is impossible to contact for confirmation, the order is not accepted; the paid amount is refunded within 14 business days.
3.4. The risk of damage/loss passes to the CUSTOMER upon delivery of the goods (or to the courier). THE TRADER is not responsible for any delay due to the fault of the courier/third parties.
3.5. Upon delivery, the CUSTOMER or a third party signs the accompanying documents. A third party is considered anyone who accepts the goods at the address.
3.6. Unjustified refusal to accept leads to due delivery and return costs. If it is impossible to access the address or there is no contact person, the TRADER is released from the obligation to deliver.
3.7–3.8. In case of obvious non-conforming goods, the CUSTOMER may request a replacement with a product that corresponds to the order.
3.9. Cancellation/refund:
– Cancellation 3 days before the delivery date: 100% refund.
– Cancellation 2 days before: 80% refund + transport.
– Cancellation 1 day before: 50% refund + transport.
– Cancellation on the day of delivery: only transport is refunded.
Refund when paying by card: is carried out as a reverse transaction on the same card within 14 working days.
IV. PRICES
The prices indicated on the site include packaging and transportation to the TRADER's retail outlets. For delivery outside the city of Burgas, the CUSTOMER pays the relevant transportation costs.
V. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
5.1.1. THE TRADER may change design, functionalities and services without prior notice.
5.1.2. The MERCHANT is not obliged and has no objective possibility to control the way the CLIENTS use the services.
5.1.3. The MERCHANT has the right, but not the obligation, to store materials/information on the server.
5.1.4. At its own discretion, it may restrict access or terminate the service
